In the June 2019 AARP Bulletin, on page 23, it says:  At 6:30 take Dance Lessons!  A 2017 study published in Frontiers In Aging Neuroscience suggest that learning new dances is superior to repetitive exercises in increasing neuro connections in older people’s brains.
